Main stepsStage 1: We need to establish if Market Shape's solution is appropriate to your client/you. Our aim from a first meeting will be to understand enough about your business to help us decide if our solution will work or not. We will cover all the costs of that meeting. If however, we believe that there is a substantial opportunity; you can ask us to create a proposal on how we see the potential to improve your business. Stage 2: Having identified that there is an opportunity for making a significant improvement in profitable sales over a relatively short period, this stage creates the plan to deliver it. We will explain how we propose to deliver the solution, the specific analytical, research, management and delivery tools that will be necessary and an explanation of how we will combine the existing internal company resources with them to create a turnkey solution. Our overall objective will be to create a total solution to manage the improvement process so that when all the changes have been implemented, control can revert to the original management team. In this way, substantial improvements can be realised without significant long-term increases in internal (or external) costs. Stage 3: This stage is the longest one, delivering all the specific elements of the plan we have created. We are able to deliver a total result, uniquely using our own broad spread of management, business development, analytical and research resources. Above all, our aim will be to only start this process if we are convinced that we can deliver a substantial increase in profitable sales - quickly.
